Security deposit, balance, plus 13% combined Rhode Island taxes payable two weeks prior to arrival.
Payment by cash or check ~ sorry, no credit cards accepted.
Check in Saturday, after 3pm ~~ Check out Saturday, by 10am
Kitchen, bath, and bedroom linens are not provided for weekly rentals
Maid service not provided for weekly rentals. Please leave rental unit in same condition as when you arrived.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit will be refunded, less a $75 cancellation fee, if we can rebook the same dates.
