Security deposit, balance, plus 13% combined Rhode Island taxes payable upon check-in.
Payment by cash or check ~ sorry, no credit cards accepted.
Check in Saturday, after 3pm ~~ Check out Saturday, by 10am
Kitchen linens, bath towels and maid service not provided for weekly rentals. Please leave rental unit in same condition as when you arrived.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 cancellation fee, if we can rebook the same dates.
